Here are some common questions you may have.

I am really really Crispy … HELP!

We are looking forward to welcoming everyone at the CRISPIGP Inaugural Annual Conference on the 25th to the 26th of October 2025.

There will be networking opportunities, solidarity, laughs and vents.

What are the key dates for the conference?

SEPTEMBER 1st – Last day for conference registration at the current registration rate of $449. Gala dinner tickets for $135. Bank transfers must be received by OCTOBER 1ST 2025.

SEPTEMBER 25TH – Late conference registration rates will be $490. Gala tickets will be $135. Bank transfers must be received by OCTOBER 1ST.

OCTOBER 1ST – Conference registrations CLOSE. All registrations and bank payments must be received by this date. Acceptance of any late payments will at the discretion of the organising team.

Why does everything seem to take a few days to get a reply/response?

Your fellow Crispies are working hard behind the scenes to get this conference together in our own (limited) spare time while we are working full time. So please be kind and give us some lead time. We will get back to you in a timely fashion. Thank you for your patience and support!

Can I buy conference tickets separate from the gala dinner tickets?

Yes! When you register, please indicate if you would like a ticket for one or both.

You will receive an email from tickets@crispigp.com advising you of the amount to pay and the bank transfer details.

What happens after I register?

You will receive an email confirming that your registration request has been received.

An email from tickets@crispigp.com will be sent to let you know the total amount required and the bank transfer details. You will be sent a tax invoice after the conference fee has been paid. We woulld apreciate it if you could please finalise payments within 7 working days of registration.

After the bank transfer has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Please check your Spam folder in case the email has been sent there by mistake.

Can I get a refund?

Refund requests can be emailed to tickets@crispigp.com BEFORE SEPTEMBER 25TH 2025.

After this date, we will not be able to process refunds.

Can I be a speaker?

If you have not yet expressed your interest to be a speaker, please write to speaker@crispigp.com to advise your area of interest and proposed topic and duration.

Speakers who have already expressed interest will have receive a message from our conference organise. Please check your “Spam/Other Messages” folder and contact us if you haven’t heard back.

I may have a company interested in sponsorship! Who do I contact?
We have 3 tiers of packages for sponsorship. Please ask the prospective sponsor/s to contact us by email at sponsor@crispigp.com.au with their details and information.
There are still packages available as we work towards finalising the conference details.
